Surcharges

By turning this setting on, surcharges are adjustable in the timesheet.

Meal registration

Occasional meals can be registered in the timesheets.

KM registration

Occasionally driven kilometers can be registered and be added to a timesheet.

Time interval

Here you can indicate the interval settings and set the number of minutes you want the interval to correct to. The choice of the time interval is found, among other things, in the time-registration. With it, you can determine how the clock times are rounded.
The interval can be set:

  • Per 1 minute

  • Per 5 minutes

  • Per 10 minutes

  • Per 15 minutes

  • Per 30 minutes

Copy schedule to timesheet

By default, the shifts from the schedule are copied to the timesheet. This is very convenient when the hours worked are recorded manually. As a result, not all hours have to be added manually.

💡 Tip: When clocking in and out is used, it is nice to see only the clocked in and out shifts back in the time registration. In this situation, the setting should be turned off.

Approve schedule

By turning this setting on, all scheduled hours are automatically approved.

💡 Tip: This setting can save you time! Useful when employees always work according to the schedule.
