All notification emails and push messages that are sent from the system can be set from the Settings. Per department it can be specified which permission groups will receive an email.

Notifications

In general you can manage all the sstem notifications over the Settings. Here you click on the menu on the left of which register you'd like to change the notifications from.

💡 Tip: You can also choose not to send certain notifications. You do this by selecting the Do not send option.

Employees

Here you can specify how many days in advance you want to receive a message when an employee's contract expires.

  • First reminder: The number of days in advance that the first contract reminder will be sent.
  • Second Reminder: The number of days in advance that the second (and final) contract reminder will be sent.

  • Contract expiration: When an employee's contract expires, employees within the selected permission group are notified.

  • User file expiration: When an employee's file expires, the employees within the selected permission group are notified.

  • Anniversary reminder: Based on the field Date employed by an employee, employees within the selected permission group are notified when an anniversary occurs.

  • Birthday reminder: Using the Date of Birth field for an employee, employees within the selected permission group are notified when an anniversary occurs.

  • User Updated: When an employee changes his or her own data, employees within the selected permission group are notified.

Time Tracking


  • Automatic clock out: When an employee is automatically clocked out, the employees who fall under the selected permission group are notified.
  • Diary: When something is entered in the diary, the employees who fall under the selected permission group are notified.

  • Forgot to clock in: When an employee forgets to clock in, the manager can receive a notification about this. When you choose to receive a notification of this, you can set when the notification should be sent. You can choose between Direct, 5, 10 or 15 minutes. By setting a time here, you leave some space if the employee clocks in too late.

  • Forgot to clock out: When an employee forgets to clock out, the manager can receive a notification about this. When you choose to receive a notification of this, you can set when the notification should be sent. You can choose between Direct, 5, 10 or 15 minutes.   • Exchange request: The employees within the selected permission group receive an email to review an exchange request.

  • Time-off request: When someone has submitted a leave request, the employees within the selected permission group will be notified.

  • Open shift accepted: The employees within the selected permission group receive an email the moment an open shift has been picked up by an employee.
