💡 Tip: You can also choose not to send certain notifications. You do this by selecting the Do not send option.

Time Tracking

  • Automatic clock out: When an employee is automatically clocked out, the employees who fall under the selected permission group are notified.
  • Diary: When something is entered in the diary, the employees who fall under the selected permission group are notified.

  • Forgot to clock in: When an employee forgets to clock in, the manager can receive a notification about this. When you choose to receive a notification of this, you can set when the notification should be sent. You can choose between Direct, 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
