How can I synchronize my schedule to my calendar?

In this article you can find out, how to synchronize your schedule to your calendar.

To synchronize your calendar with Shiftbase, click on the arrow of the Add Shift button at the very top right of the schedule, then in the list, choose Calendar Sync.

In the window, enter the name and select which data you want to synchronize:

• Schedule
  • Scope - Here, you can choose whether to synchronize your own schedule or all schedules. Then select the department(s) whose schedules you want to import.
• Calendar - Here, you choose whether to import holidays and events.
• Absence - You can import all absences or just your own and select which types of absence should appear in which status in your calendar.

Then click Save and you will get an ".ics" link that you can copy into your preferred calendar software.
