This report gives you insight into all the detailed data of the schedule within Shiftbase for a certain desired period. The report shows you how many days, shifts and hours an employee has been scheduled for. In addition, you can also see the shifts that are in the schedule.

Filters within the report

  • Period: The period from which you want to retrieve the data.

  • Team: The team (or teams) whose data you want to query.

  • Shift: The shift(s) from which you want to retrieve the data.

  • Employee: The specific employee whose data you want to query.

  • Contract departments: The contract department(s) whose data you want to query.

Caution: This filter will only display employees who are under contract to the selected contract department(s).

  • Contract type: The contract type of which you want to retrieve the data.

  • Columns: The columns you want to see in the report. By default, these are all selected. Clicking on the checkbox in front of the column will uncheck them from the report and not be shown.

Columns


  • User ID: The ID of the employee determined by Shiftbase or the payroll integration.

  • Employee nr: The employee's employee number.

  • Name: The name of the employee.

  • Date: The date of the scheduled shift.

  • Day: The day of the scheduled shift.

  • Start time: The start time of the scheduled shift.

  • End time: End time of the scheduled shift.

  • Break: Shows how long the break is.

  • Shift: The name of the shift.

  • Location: The location where the scheduled shift takes place.

  • Department: The department where the scheduled shift takes place.

  • Team: The team where the scheduled shift takes place.

  • Description: The description of the shift.

  • Total: The total number of hours that are scheduled for the shift.

  • Salary: The salary of this employee with respect to the shift.

  • Coc: An estimate of the cost to the company, based on the scheduled shift.

  • Created: The date the scheduled shift was created.

  • Created by: By whom the scheduled shift was created.

  • Updated: The date the last change was made to the shift.

  • Modified by: Who made the last change to the shift.

  • Schedule ID: The automatically assigned ID of the schedule.

  • Shift ID: The automatically assigned ID of the shift.

  • Team ID: The automatically assigned ID of the team.

  • Department ID: The automatically assigned ID of the department.

  • Location ID: The automatically assigned ID of the location.

  • Rate card ID: The automatically assigned ID of the rate card.
