In this article you can find out what the report Employee Availability contains.
With this report, you have an insight into the availability for your employees. The report shows the available days, the reason given by the employee, the start time and the end time of their availability.
Filters

Period - The start and end date on which you want to request the data.

Employee - Here you can specifically select one employee to filter on.

Department - The department (or several departments) you want to filter on.
- Contract departments - The contract department (or departments) you want to filter on.
❗Caution: This is not the same as Team, employees can appear in multiple teams in different departments. However, employees always have only one contract department).

Contract type - The contract type you want to filter on.

Status - The status of the availability. Here you have the following options: Not specified, Available all day, Available from, Unavailable all day, Unavailable from.

Columns - The columns you want to see in the report. By default, these are all selected. Clicking on the checkbox in front of the column will uncheck them from the report and not be shown.

User ID - The ID of the employee determined by Shiftbase.

Employee nr - The employee's number.

Name - The name of the employee.

Day - Day of the week.

Date - Every day in the specified period.

Type - Available all day / Available from / Unavailable all day / Unavailable from.

Reason - Reason stated.

Start time - Start time of availability.

End time - End time of availability.
