Zenchef Integration
In Shiftbase, it is possible to create an integration with Zenchef that allows reservations to be visible in the Schedule

💡Note: If you are migrating from Formitable to Zenchef, you have to disable your Formitable integration first. Log into your Shiftbase account and navigate to Settings > App center > Formitable > click on the tile > disable over the trashcan (see image below).

Creating the Zenchef integration
Start from Zenchef
In your Zenchef application, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Partners and find the Shiftbase integration. Click the Connect button for the Shiftbase integration.

Request the integration in Shiftbase
Next, go to Shiftbase and navigate to Settings > App center. Locate the Zenchef tile and click Request.

You will be asked to fill in the form. We need this information for verification and to know who to inform once we have completed the set-up of the integration.
- Company name: Name of the company
- Restaurant name: The exact name of the restaurant known in Zenchef
- Name contact person: The name of the contact person, who we can inform once the integration is ready to use
- Email contact person: The email address of the contact person mentioned above.
- Phone number: The phone number
of the contact person mentioned above. - Department for reservations: On which department in Shiftbase, you want to see the reservations from Zenchef.

Your request will now be reviewed by our support team. Once your request has been reviewed by our support team, the integration will be activated for your restaurant(s) and you will be notified for it. If you manage more than one restaurant(s), a separate integration will be created for each.
After this connection has been made, you'll be able to view your imported reservations in the Events tab in your Schedule.
