What are Tasks?

Tasks are activities or actions that need to be completed as part of daily life or work, such as locking the door, cleaning or receiving a delivery. You can add Tasks to an existing shift so that your employees know, in this shift, they still need to think about doing their Task.


You can add a Task by going to the Schedule>Shifts/Teams>+>Show advanced settings>Task>Save.


The Task can then be planned over a shift, the time of the Task will not be copied over to the Timesheet.
