In this article you can find out how to set up your preferred notifications.

To set which notifications you want to receive and over which platform, click on your icon at the top right and then go to My Notifications.
This is separated from the permissions. Of course, this can be adjusted using the permissions.
My notifications (Admin)
By specifying the check marks, you can set the following options for yourself:
- No notification: Then do not set check marks.
- Only via e-mail.
- Only via push notification: Over our Mobile app
- Via e-mail and push message: Set a checkmark for both.
My notifications (Employee)
You can only set Shift and Clock-in & Clock-out reminders if you are not an administrator.

Shift reminder: Here, you can set if and when you will receive a reminder for your next shift. For example, you can receive an e-mail or a push message when your next shift starts.
- Clock-in reminder: Here, you can set if and when you will receive a reminder if you are scheduled but have not yet clocked in. If you have forgotten to do so, you will receive a message via e-mail or a push message when you should have clocked in according to the schedule.
- Clock-out reminder: Here, you can set if and when you will receive a reminder if you are scheduled but have not yet clocked out. If you have forgotten to do so, you will receive a message via e-mail or a push message when you should have clocked out according to the schedule.
