Installing AnyDesk on Windows

In this article you can find out, how to install AnyDesk on Windows.

To install AnyDesk on your Windows PC click on the question mark in the top right corner of Shiftbase.

You'll see the following pop-up. Click on AnyDesk right underneath Remote support.

By clicking on the before mentioned button AnyDesk will be downloaded. By default the file can be found in your Downloads folder. Here you can click on AnyDesk to launch the application.

Now you should end up in a new screen as shown above. Here you will see a code that you can pass through to our support.
