How do I safely share Passwords and Tokens with Shiftbase?

In this article you can find out how to safely share Passwords and Tokens with our Support team.

Sometimes when connecting a new integration or in the middle of a troubleshooting session you might be asked by our support team to share an API Token or certain login information with us. Please do not send them per email to us. Instead you can use our Password Pusher.

Sharing Passwords and Tokens

To share confidential information with us, please first navigate to our Password Pusher.

From here you'll have the option to submit in the Password or Token you'd like to share with our support team. 

Click on the Push It! button at the bottom of the page.

You will then be presented with a link that can be shared by chat or email with our support team.
