Applying wait hours
If you want to add an absence where waiting days apply for the employee, you can insert the amount of days when you add an Absence. Go to the relevant employee, add an Absence and then choose the number of waiting days to be taken into account. You will then immediately see how many hours will be deducted.
💡 Tip: If an employee is absent for a Partial day, this is calculated as a whole waiting day. For example, if an employee calls in sick halfway through the day, the 1st waiting day will apply immediately.
