How do I deactivate my MFA?
In this article you can find out, how you can deactivate your MFA
For employees:
If you have set up multi-factor authentication, you can find the token using the authentication app of your choice. This could be Google Authenticator for example.
If this does not work, you can contact your supervisor or administrator and ask them to disable the MFA. You can not disable the MFA by yourself.
For Administrators:
If you, as an administrator, want to deactivate multi-factor authentication for an employee, first go to the menu bar and select Employees. Then click on the name of the employee for whom you want to deactivate MFA. On the right-hand side of the tab overview, you will see a red button labeled Turn off MFA.
