Creating the Twelve integration
You can create and set up an integration with Twelve yourself. For this you need to use a public key and private key from your Twelve environment. You can indicate an integration name and e-mail address for import notification.
If you are in possession of a Twelve account, you can set up an integration from your account with us as follows:
-
Within your account, go to Settings and then choose App center at the top left.
- Then click on Twelve tile and the green button + Add Twelve integration.
- You have now successfully connected and can set up the integration further by providing a name and an import email address.
Set up your Twelve integration
Setting up the integration with your Twelve account is done in no time by following the steps below:
-
In your account, go to Settings and choose App center.
-
Then click on Twelve and behind the integration on the Edit mapping icon.
- Within the integration page you can only link all cost centers combined within your Twelve account to one team within your account with us.
-
After completing the setup you can click on Save.
Import turnover
After setting up a Twelve integration, the turnover is collected every 15 minutes from Twelve. Due to the possibility of corrections to the turnover, we import the turnover for the past two days every night. Any changes to the turnover in Twelve will be processed in Shiftbase within one day.
The imported turnover can then be found in the Diary tab of the relevant day in the Turnover field.
