      Report: Loket

      In this article you can find out what the report Loket contains.

      The Loket.nl report contains all the payment information required for the payroll.

      In the filter of Loket.nl report, it is possible to choose to send worked hours for flex contracts or fixed contracts. This allows you to process different payroll periods, or simply forward either one.

      • "Contract hours", for all employees with fixed contracts.

      • "Worked hours", for all employees with flex contracts.

      Columns

      • Employee nr: The employee's personal number.

      • Name: The name of the employee. 

      • Type: Type of contract used.

      ❗Caution: When an employee has two types of contracts for which hours are raised during the same period, the name will appear twice.

      • Days: The number of unique days that there has been a time registration in that period.

      • Shifts: Number of shifts registered for an employee.

      • Meals: The occasional consumed meals.

      • Kilometers: The incidentally made mileage.

      • Surcharge "%": Surcharge for permanent contract employees, the due surcharge hours.

      • Hourly employee "%": Surcharge for flex hours contract employees, the due surcharge hours.

      • Contract hours Vacation correction: The hours are paid in a specific absence correction by using the "Payout" action. These hours are taken from vacation to the employee's salary.

      • Contract hours plus min correction: The hours are paid in a specific plus min correction by using the "Payout" action. These hours are taken from a plus min hours to the employee's salary.

      • Contract hours sick "%": Registered sick leave under a fixed contract.

      • Hourly employee Vacation: Registered holiday under flex contract.

      • Contract hours maternity leave: Maternity leave hours under a fixed contract.

      • Hourly employee Maternity leave: Maternity leave hours under a flex contract.
