What does the Plus-minus mean in my Schedule?

In this article you can find out what the Plus-minus in your schedule displays.

In Shiftbase you have multiple Filter options on the top right of your schedule. There you can find the Filter Show totals which can display Plus-minus hours of your employees in the schedule.

If this Filter is active you can see 3 numbers under your employees name in the schedule:

1. The hours the employee was planned this day / week / month.

2. The contract hours the employee is expected to work this day / week / month.

3. The Plus-minus hours at the end of the last week (Sunday). This view refreshes once a day and will change according to the approved worked hours of the employee.
