Hey there! 👋 Here’s what’s new, fixed, and downright awesome in Shiftbase.
🔹 Leave Balances: Leave hours can now be split into different leave balances, such as statutory and non-statutory hours. As a manager, you can choose which balance the hours will be deducted from!
🔹 Absence Policy: It is now possible to create an absence policy for when employees can request leave. This allows you to limit or even block leave requests for a specific period.
🔹 New Languages: The application is now also available in Spanish, French, and Polish.
