      📌 2024-04-17

      :rocket: Improvements:

      • Added Back to App Center button to all mapping pages for integrations

      • Hooray! Team mapping has been updated.

      • Resolved an issue where the Android app could crash.

          📌 Updates Q1 2022

          🔹 Repeat events items: The ability to repeat event items in the schedule.

          🔹 Visma Nmbrs update: The ability to choose hourly and wage models in the Visma Nmbrs integration has been added to the configuration menu of the integration.

          🔹 New Shiftbase app: The updated Shiftbase app is live for iOS and Android.

          🔹 Kiosk: It is now possible via the Kiosk website for employees to clock in and out using a pincode.
          🔹 Forgot to clock in (manager): The manager can receive an update when a employee has not yet clocked in.
          🔹 Forgot to clock in (employee): The employee can receive an update if the employee has not clocked in yet.
          🔹 Shift reminder: The employee can receive an update of the upcoming shift.
          🔹 Skills report: A new report showing what skills an employee has.

          🔹 Leave balances: Leave hours can now be split into different leave balances such as statutory and extra statutory hours. As a manager, you can choose which balance the hours will be deducted from!

          🔹 Absence Policy: It is now possible to create an absence policy when employees can request leave. This makes it possible to limit leave requests or even block days for a certain period of time.

          🔹 New languages: The application is now also available in Spanish, French and Polish.

          🔹 New integration: With the Unit4 integration, employees can be automatically imported from Unit4 into Shiftbase and you can easily import hours worked into Unit4.

          📌 Updates Q1 2020

          🔹 Custom fields: We have a new extension in Shiftbase! The ability to create custom fields. From now on you can add fields to personal data and schedules & timesheets.

          🔹 Reports: Our reports have been updated! Once you have selected the report you want to retrieve you will now find the filters on the left side. In addition, the column selection can now also be found on the left side.

          🔹 New integration: With the Employes integration you can easily import hours worked into Employes.

          🔹 New integration: With the Growzer integration, Growzer retrieves payroll expenses from Shiftbase, giving you a clear overview of your revenue and expenses.

          🔹 Update integration: An update in the Nmbrs integration this again fully equipped with contract synchronization, this also eliminates the need to first enter new employees into Shiftbase yourself. Because Nmbrs no longer knows different contract types we can now only make a distinction in the following way:

          • Hourly workers: All employees with a 0 hours contract

          • Permanent employees: All employees with at least 1 contract hour
