      Report: Diary

      In this article you can find out what the report Diary contains.

      With this report, you have a clear and easy overview of the log notes in Shiftbase. The log notes are shown per day and department.

      Filters

      • Period - The start and end date on which you want to request the data.

      • Department - The department (or several departments) you want to filter on.

      • Columns - The columns you want to see in the report. By default, these are all selected. Clicking on the checkbox in front of the column will uncheck them from the report and not be shown.

      Columns

      • Date – Date the log is made.

      • Location – Shows under which location the log is made.

      • Department - This shows which department the log is about.

      • Log – What is written in the log of the Diary.
