How to find Nmbrs report

The Nmbrs report contains all the salary information required for the employee's salary.
In the Nmbrs reporting filter, it is possible to choose to send worked hours for temporary contracts or fixed hours. This allows you to handle different pay periods or forward one of the two.

“Contract hours”, for all employees with fixed contracts.

“Worked hours”, for all employees with zero-hour contracts.
Columns

Employee nr – Number of Employee.

Name – Employee Name.
- Type – Type of contract used.
⚠️ Note: When an employee has two types of contracts for which hours are raised during the same period. The name will appear twice.

Days – The number of unique days that there has been a time registration in that periode.

Shifts – Number of shifts registered for an employee.

Meals – The occasional consumed meals.

Kilometers – The incidental made mileage.

Surcharge ”%” – Surcharge for permanent contract employees, the due surcharge hours.

Hourly employee ”%” – Surcharge for temp. hours contract employees, the due surcharge hours.

Contract hours Vacation correction – The hours are paid in a specified absence correction with use of the “Payout” action. These hours are taken from vacation to the employee’s salary.

Contract hours plus min correction – The hours are paid in a specified plus min correction with use of the “Payout” action. These hours are taken from a plus min hours to the employee’s salary.

Contract hours sick “%” – Registered sick leave under a fixed contract.

Hourly employee Vacation - Registered holiday under a hourly contract.

Contract hours maternity leave – Pregnancy leave hours under a fixed contract.

Hourly employee Maternity leave – Pregnancy leave hours under a hourly contract.
