Creating the unTill POS integration
Requesting the unTill POS integration can easily be done by heading to Settings > App center > unTill. Here, you can request the integration by clicking on the Install button.
After you've clicked the Install button, you can configure the integration. First, an authentication and connection need to be established with your unTill system. You can request the login credentials and Host at your unTill service provider. For the Port, you can contact our Shiftbase support.
After you have been authenticated, you can name the integration, add an email address for notification purposes and select whether you wish to add VAT to the imported revenue.
You can always edit this information by clicking on the first icon in the unTill integration page.

Setting the mapping of the integration
After configuration the integration, you can now edit the mapping of the integration.
Cost centers
On the top you'll find the Cost center as known in unTill. On the right, you can select the corresponding Teams in Shiftbase using a drop-down menu.
Map employees
On the bottom you'll find the employees as known in unTill. On the right, you can select the corresponding employee in Shiftbase using a drop-down menu.
Once you are done with mapping the integration, click on the Save button in the bottom left. This can also be edited in the future. This can be done by clicking on the second icon in the unTill integration page.
💡 Tip: If you see No name found in the menu Employee (unTill), you need to fill in the fields for First Name and Surname in your unTill system.
⚠️ Warning: Open tables are not included in the revenue import. No official payment method is associated with this.
⚠️ Caution: You will only see the worked hours in the time sheet after employees have clocked out. It is advised not to use the clock in and clock out reminders as email or push notifications.
