It is possible to add team notes to the schedule.

Team notes are shared notes that contain relevant information for the entire team.

Creating a team note

To be able to add a team note first head towards the black View button on the top right. Check the box Show team notes, this ensures that the line is visible in the schedule.

You can then click on the plus sign in the Team notes line on the selected day.

This will open a text field where you can enter the note.

Once you have added the note you can save the note by clicking the green Save button.

Determine the permissions

By viewing the permissions you can edit who can add team notes and who can only view them.

This can be found at the Permissions.
