If you are using the POS system MplusKASSA, you can choose to set up a link between your Lightspeed Retail account and your account with us.

This integration does two things:

  • Import the turnover on a daily basis. The turnover is imported from MplusKASSA into your account, you can indicate whether this turnover should include or exclude VAT.
  • Import of the clocked timesheets.

Requesting the MplusKASSA integration

Requesting the integration can easily be done by heading towards Settings > App center > MplusKASSA. Here you can click on the green + Add MplusKASSA integration button. We will take care of the rest. We will contact you when the integration is requested and realised with MplusKASSA. From that moment on you can setup the integration.

To setup the integration with MplusKASSA we need the following information:

  • The name of your account at MplusKASSA.
  • The name of the contact person.
  • The e-mail of the contact person.
  • Phone number.

Setting up the MplusKASSA integration

Setting up the integration with MplusKASSA is really easy.
First head towards the Settings > App center > MplusKASSA.
Then you can setup the integration with the second icon (the 2 arrows).

First we link the Cost center on the left with the Teams in Shiftbase on the right.
This is done with the use of a drop-down menu.

Clock times import settings

Next we link the Cost center on the left with the Department in Shiftbase on the right.
This is done with the use of a drop-down menu. Here you can also select automatically for employees who are scheduled in multiple departments.

The final step is linking the employees. On the left you see the employees as known in MplusKASSA. On the right you can select the corresponding employee as known in Shiftbase.

Now all that is left is clicking on the green Save button in the bottom left.
