The budget can be set by clicking the blue button Budget on the left side of the Schedule tab.
Their are two types of budgets that can be set.

  • Budget salary
  • Budget time

Budget for salary calculates employee salary per shift, per day, week or on a monthly level.

Hourly budget shows the hours worked per shift,per day, per week or on a monthly level.

Show totals
You can select Show totals on the right through <View in the schedule, so you can see what the total costs and budgets are. When specified all needed information the schedule will calculate all totals, for example the % of the expected turnover spent on salary.
