All registered data can be viewed through a report.

You can select reports by clicking on Reports in the main menu.
Here you will see all available reports on the left side in the submenus.
Per report, filters can be set. Which filters can be selected depends on the report type.

Payroll
All data required for employee payroll can be found in the Period overview and Payroll reports.

In the reporting filter of Nmbrs and Loket.nl, it is possible to choose to send contracts hours and worked hours separately.

  • Contract hours, for all employees with fixed contract hours.
  • Worked hours, for all employees with zero-hour contracts.

Export data
All data can be exported to Excel or CSV format.
Selectable next to the created report, Excel or CSV to export a file.

The reports will give you a clear overview of your company's time registration. The payroll report gives you a direct administration boost with powerful connections like Nmbrs and Loket with a push of the button.

For example, the reports give insight into the roster hours by compairing it against the hours worked for better planning.

Absence registration is an important part of our system. Whether you want insight into the plus minus hours of your workforce or the turnover.

With our powerful reports, you will immediately get a clear insight into all your personnel planning, timesheet registrations and personnel administration.

Filters can be set per report.

Which filters these are, depends on the report.

The most common filters and their function are listed below.

  • Period: The start and end date in which you want to request the data.
  • Team: The team (or several teams) you want to filter on.
  • Employee: Here you can specifically select one employee to filter on.
  • Contract departments: The contract department (or departments) you want to filter on. (Please note! This is not the same as Team, employees can appear in multiple teams in different departments. However, employees always have only one contract department)
  • Contract type: The contract type you want to filter on (by default these are the options fixed hours or zero hours).
  • Columns: Here you can select the columns you want to see in your report. By default, these are all selected, by clicking on the filter you will see two columns Excluded and Selected. What is in the left-hand column (Excluded) will not be included in your report. What is in the right-hand column (Selected) will be included in your report.

Available reports
Here you will find an overview of the available reports.

Period overview: report will give you the worked hours, rostered shifts and turnover.

Schedule: shows how many days, shifts and hours are scheduled for an employee.

Schedule detail: Shows how many days, shifts and hours are scheduled for the employee’s. In addition, you will also find the shifts listed in the schedule.

Timesheet: shows contract hours, worked hours and specified hours.

Timesheet detail: shows how many days, shifts and hours are scheduled for the employee’s. In addition, you will also find shifts listed in the schedule.

Timesheets closed: shows you which days are open or closed per department.

Diary: notes shown by day and department.

Schedule vs Timesheet: indicates the worked hours by department versus the scheduled hours. The smaller the difference between the schedule and hours worked indicates a tightly kept schedule.

(In)Active Employees: report shows employees personal data.

Employee availability: shows availability or correct availability in the schedule with notes included.

Employee plus-min: allows you to see plus hours or min hours of employees and all types of leave, correction, expected contract hours and hours worked.

Balance summary: Here you can find the total leave balances on the requested date per employee.

Balance details: A detailed report of the leave balances per employee in the selected period.

Absent requests: will give you all absence types of employees in a clear overview.

Turnover: reporting reflects revenue indicated through the log, turnover and the expenses  are shown per department per day.

Payroll: report specifies all the worked hours in the registration.

Connexie report contains all the salary information required for the salary package. (Linked account only)
