Cancel subscription
How to cancel your subscription
Should you consider cancelling your subscription with us, it is possible to do so directly in your account. Of course, we are sorry should you choose this and you are of course welcome should you ever come back.
Canceling can be done by going to Settings > Subscription. Settings can be found via the gear wheel icon in the top right. Following you can click on Subscription in the top left. Next you scroll to the bottom of the page. At the bottom you will find a button to cancel your subscription.
⚠️ Note: If you choose to cancel your subscription, this is effective immediately. As a result, you will no longer be able to access your data. Make sure you have first exported your data via the reports first before canceling your subscription.
