Personio update: Open ended absence email improvement

This update enhances our Personio integration by correctly handling open absences, eliminating unnecessary daily email notifications, and improving the user experience. Like this you won't have to deal with an overflowing inbox anymore and can focus on handling your absences.

🔧 Additional Fixes & Tweaks:

• Absence page showed the wrong month

We've adjusted how absences are displayed when transitioning between years. Previously, the calendar allowed navigation to the next year but failed to show requested absences. Now, only months from the current year will be displayed.

• Incorrect link for release notes

We've corrected the release notes link to ensure users are directed to the right page. Instead of landing on an error message, you'll now be taken to the correct release notes page.
